MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED DISABILITY QUESTIONS
1. Is there a fee to have my disability claim evaluated?

No. We will evaluate your claim for free.

2. Will I be able to meet with the attorney personally?

Yes. Our office gives all our clients the opportunity to come into
our office and meet with us. We do not send you forms to fill out
in the mail unless  you  tell us you cannot come to one of our
office
locations.

3. Will the attorney represent me throughout my claim, even if I
have
to go to a hearing?

Yes. Attorney Howard will represent you throughout the claim
and
will attend  the hearing in person. Our office does not use
Non-Attorney

Administrative Law
Judge.

4. How much will it cost to hire Attorney Howard?

We do Social Security Disability Claims on a contingent fee
basis. We only get paid if we win your claim. We charge a fee
authorized by the Social Security Administration, which is 25%
of your retroactive benefits , with a maximum of $6000.00.

5.  How long will it take to win my claim?

A claim can take 3-5 months up to 2 years. Unfortunately,
the Social Security Administration is terribly backlogged with
claims at this time.

6.

claim, whether you are filing a new application, filing an appeal,
or going before an Administrative Law Judge for a hearing.

7.
Who will get my medical records?

Attorney Howard's office will contact your medical providers
and obtain your medical records.

8.  How much money will I get?

The monthly benefit is calculated by the Social Security
Administration based on your earnings. The average monthly
benefits are $800.00 to $1200.00 a month. Over a lifetime, the
value of your claim can total over $200,000.00 .

9.  What happens if I lose my claim?

Attorney Howard can appeal your claim to the next
administrative level. Some claims may require an appeal to a
United States Federal Court.
